Course requirements
-Applicants are expected to possess either
of the following qualifications:
(i)Advanced Diploma in a Relevant field, applicant must have an ordinary diploma from a recognized institution
(ii)A minimum of a C in KCSE plus a pre-university certificate with a mean of a C+ and above
(iii)A minimum of a C+ in KCSE or its equivalent
(iv)Diploma or professional certificate in a relevant discipline from an institution recognized by the University Senate.
(v)Advanced Certificate of Education GCE or A-levels applicants must have at least two principal passes and one subsidiary pass or its equivalent and must have passed in subjects related to social work
Candidates from non-English speaking countries shall be required to pass a special entrance exam set by the university and demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English.
