The program is designed to produce graduates who are capable of becoming primary school teachers.
The course has the following components:

(ii)Languages
(iii)Administration
(iv)Psychology
(v)Basic mathematics
(vi)Human and child rights
Applicants must have scored a minimum of C in KCSE in order to qualify.
Apart from teaching,this program prepares students for further studies in education.
They may later enroll for a diploma or degree.
