This program is involves the study about hotel industry and the related disciplines:Students also learn about food production and also the expected ethics within the industry.Applicants are required to hold any of the qualifications below:(i)A minimum of C+ in KCSE with a C in mathematics and C in either English or kiswahili.(ii)A KACE certificate with a minimum of two principal passes and a minimum of credit pass in mathematics at KCE.(iii)A diploma with a credit pass(iv)A professional certificate plus a diploma in a relevant disciplineThe program takes four years.This course prepares one to work in hotels or in other food production areas.
