“He actually confessed just a few minutes before they sent us here. He came
dressed in a white shirt and confessed. Beat his chest in front of all the people and
said he had done it. At first people ran away from him as if he suffered from some
infectious disease. After a while, they picked up stones and started to stone him. The
whole crowd was throwing stones. When he fell down, the people took to their heels,
thinking him dead”
