a. Mr. Juma Jones is a general manager in Ufanisi Company Ltd. The company has
various assistant managers in charge of various departments namely; production,
marketing, Accounting and finance, Purchasing and supplies. He also has supervisors
of various sections. Mr. Jones’ company has been doing very well and this has been
attributed to his open door policy. He applies management by walking around style. He
has created a rapport with everyone in the organization such that any staff member can
knock on his office and communicate anything at anytime.
