4. Discuss the importance of bank lending and the risk of lending for commercial banks in Kenya. [20 marks]

5. Write short notes on the following terms as used in security analysis by the commercial bank in Kenya

b) Fixed charge and floating charge
c) Third party security and guarantees
d) Monies debenture and redeemable debentures
