UFAHAMU
Kushamiri kwa wimbi la uonyeshaji ponografia kuna athari kubwa kwa jamii na hasa
watoto. Ingawa watu wengine hudai picha hizi haziwaathiri upo ushahidi kuonyesha
kuwa wanaotazama picha za ngono hupata matatizo. Lazima ieleweke kuwa
kinachoonekana na jicho au kusikika kwa sikio huathiri fikira au hisia. Picha za matusi
zinachangia kwa kiasi kikubwa kuharibu akili. Badala ya kuzingatia mambo muhimu
kama masomo watu huanza kutafakari mambo machafu.
Vijana wengi ni kama bendera. Hivyo basi huanza kuiga wanayoyaona na kusikia. Hili
ni tatizo linalowafanya kuacha mkondo wa maadili. Kutokana na uchafu huu, watu
wengi hushawishiwa kuingilia shughuli za ngono mapema kabla hawajakomaa kimwili,
kiakili na kihisia . Matokeo yake ni mengi. Haya ni pamoja na ukahaba, utendaji mbaya
shuleni, mahudhurio mabaya darasani na mimba zisizotarajiwa. Vijana wengi huacha
shule kabisa. Wengine nao huambukizwa magonjwa ya zinaa ambayo huwaletea mauti.
Inasemekana kuwa akili za binaadamu hunata zaidi mambo yanayowasilishwa kwa picha.
Si ajabu, vijana huyadumisha matusi haya katika kumbukumbu zao na kuyafanya sehemu
ya masiha yao. Wengi huanza kuandama tabia mbovu kama ushoga, ubasha na usagaji.
Kuna wale ambao huanza kujichua. Kujichua ni hali ya mwanamke au mwanaume
kumaliza haja za kimaumbile bila kufanya mapenzi na mtu mwingine. Ponografia
imechangia pakubwa kuenea kwa haya Jambo hili limegeuza mielekeo ya vijana kwani wanaiga mitindo mibaya ya mavazi yanayoanika uchi wao. Hali kadhalika huiga lugha, ishara na miondoko inayohusiana na ngono. Yote haya yanapingana na desturi za mwafrika. Si ajabu visa vya ubakaji vinaongezeka kila kuchapo.
Utazamaji wa picha chafu aghalabu huandamana na maovu mengine kama unywaji wa
pombe, matumizi ya dawa za kulevya, uvutaji sigara na utumiaji wa dawa za kuchochea
uchu wa ngono. Mambo haya huwapa vijana tabia za unyama.
Jambo hatari ni kuwa kuendelea kutazama picha hizi huzifanya nishai na hisia za
watu kuwa butu, yaani kuondoa makali. Hata katika utu nzima, mtu atapoteza mhemko
wa kawaida na kugeuzwa kuwa mtegemezi wa ponografia. Tatizo hili linaenea kwa
vishindo mijini na vijijini. Ipo haja ya dharura kukinga jamii kutokana na maenezi haya
yasiyo na kizuizi. Jambo la kwanza ni kuongeza ufahamu wa umma wote kuhusu uovu
wa picha hizi. Kwa namna hili litawezekana kupunguza mahitaji na uuzaji wa
ponografia. Aidha ni vizuri watu wazima wawajibike ili wawalinde hasa vijana kutokana
na athari hizi. Inapasa wenye midahilishi, video na sinema wasiwaruhusu vijana
kutazama uchafu huu.
Tatizo la kuenea kwa ponografia limeendelea kuwepo kwa sababu ya udhaifu wa sheria.
Kilichoko basi ni kuweka sheria za kuzuia utengenezaji na usambazaji wa upujufu huu.
Kuambatana na haya, hatua kali zichukuliwe kwa wanaovunja sheria hizi. Hali
kadhalika, ushirikiano wa karibu baina ya wadau uimarishwe katika ulimwengu mzima.
Serikali na mashirika ya midahilishi yajumhike kutambua chanzo cha taka hizi kisha
wanaohusika wakabiliwe ipasavyo. Jamii ingependa kuona michakato ya kuharamisha,
usambazaji na utangazaji wa ponografia ikiwekwa.
Wazazi nao wasijipweteke tu bali nao wasaidie. Ni muhimu washikilie kwa dhati juhudi

najisi. Watoto lazima waeleweshwe kuwa haifai kutazama picha au michoro michafu.
Itikadi na imani za kidini na utamaduni wa kiafrika unakataza vikali mtu kuona uchi wa
mtu mwingine. Matokeo ya kuasi makatazo haya yana madhara makubwa kwa watu wa
jamii.

2. UFUPISHO
Soma taarifa ifuatayo kisha ujibu maswali yanayofuata.
Uwezo wa kuyakumbuka mambo ni hazina kuu kwa mtu yeyote yule aliye hai.
Uwezo huu wa kukumbuka ni mojawapo ya shughuli changamano za ubongo. Ubongo
wa mwanadamu hutekeleza shughuli hii kwa namna tatu. Kwanza, ubongo ukiathirika
kwa namna yoyote katika mojawapo ya njia hizi, basi uwezo wa kuyakumbuka mambo
huvurugika.
Ingawa inaaminika kuwa uwezo wa kukumbuka hurithishwa kutoka kizazi kimoja
kingine, wataalamu wa maswala ya kiakili wanabaini kuwa uwezo huu unaweza
kuimarishwa. Uimarishaji huu huhitaji mikakati madhubuti.
Njia mojawapo ya kustawisha uwezo wa kukumbuka ni kupitia kwa lishe.
Vyakula vilivyosheheni vitamini B vyenye amino asidi husaidia kuimarisha uwezo wa
kukumbuka ni kupitia kwa lishe. Vyakula vilivyosheheni vitaminiB vyenye amino asidi
husaidia kuimarisha uwezo wa kukumbuka. Vyakula kama hivi ni mboga, nyama (hasa
maini) bidhaa za soya, matunda, maziwa, bidhaa za ngano, samaki pamoja na mayai.
Vyakula vingine muhimu katika ustawishaji huu ni vile vyenye madini ya chuma.
Madini haya huwezesha usambazaji wa hewa katika ubongo kwa wepesi. Vyakula
ambavyo vina madini haya ni mboga za kijani, dengu, mawele, soya, matunda kama
maembe, ufuta (simsim) pamoja na nyama, hasa maini na mayai.
Ubongo wa mwanadamu aliye hai hufanya kazi kila wakati, awe macho au
amelala. Utendaji kazi wake huendeshwa na glukosi mwilini kwa hivyo vyakula vyenye
sukari hii ni muhimu kuliwa. Hata hivyo, lazima mtu awe mwangalifu na kuhakikisha
kuwa mwili una kiwango cha sukari kisichohatarisha maisha. Haya yanawezekana kwa
kula vyakula vyenye nyuzinyuzi kama vile mboga na matunda.
Njia ya pili ni kupiga marufuku vileo kama pombe na nikotini. Vileo hivi huathiri
utaratibu wa kunasa, kuhifadhi na kutoa yaliyo ubongoni.
Iwapo mtu ana tatizo la kuyakumbuka majina ya watu, ni mujimu kufanya
mazoezi ya kusikiliza kisha kurudia majina hayo wakati wa mazungumzo. Ni bora
kulihusisha jina na sura ya mtu. Kwa njia hii ubongo utanasa na kuhusisha jina na kile
kinacholengwa.
Woga na kuvurugika kiakili ni mambo mengine tunayopaswa kuepuka kila
wakati. Ni kawaida mtu kupata woga wakati anapokabili jambo asilokuwa na uhakika na
matokeo yake kama mtihani au mahojiano. Lakini anapaswa kuwa makini. Woga huo usikiuke mpaka na kuvuruga akili. Vurungu hizi huathiri kilichohifadhiwa ubongoni na
namna ya kukitoa.
Hali kadhalika mwili wenye siha nzuri huhakikisha kuwa ubongo ni timamu.
Wataalamu wengi wa siha wanakubali kuwa mazoezi ya kunyoosha viungo hustawisha
na hivyo kuhakikisha kuweko kwa uwezo wa kukumbuka mambo. Ni muhimu kuwa na
ratiba ya kunyoosha viungo kila wakati. Fauka ya haya mazoezi ya kiakili kama vile
kusoma makala yanayovutia, kujaza mraba na michezo mingine kama mafumbo na
vitanzandimi, ni muhimu katika kustawisha uwezo wa kukumbuka.
Jamii ya watu wenye uwezo wa kuyakumbuka mambo ni jamii iliyopiga hatua
kimaendeleo. Ni jukumu la kila mmoja wetu kuimarisha uwezo wa kukumbuka kila
wakati.
