QUESTION ONE:
You have enlisted the services of fresh graduates in your newly established business. Your company prepares manufactured goods for the external market and requires a highly skilled workforce that is able to multi- task.
Required:
a) Select and justify the most appropriate training techniques you would adopt to help intergrate the new employees. (6 marks)
b) What benefits would arise from any one of the training techniques you have described above? (4 marks)
c) Describe the logistical arrangements you would put in place before initiating the training program. (10 marks)
d) What are the likely challenges you would face from implementing the employee development program(s) you choose to adopt. (5 marks)
e) How would you evaluate the success of the training program and its effectiveness on the productivity of the new graduates? (5 marks)
