(a) Define communication and explain in writing, and with the help of a linear model, how the process of communication takes place. (10 marks)
(b) With examples of at least three different signals used in human communication and at least three different channels used in human communication, explain the difference between signals and channels of transmission. (10 marks)
(c) List and discuss four major purposes of communication (10 marks)
