b) Explain four factors that affect the design of a system. (8marks)

c) Deciding on goals early in the design process can help the designer focus on important aspects of a system. Explain two goals (quality attributes) that would be most important for each of the following systems.

ii) User Interface for encrypting email. (8marks)
