You are employed as a research officer in a health NGO. Management has asked you to develop a research proposal on a new programme the NGO plans to implement. Using a schematic illustration, describe in detail each of the steps you will follow in order to develop a good proposal. (25marks)

Using examples, describe in detail at least ten (10) ethics in research that must be included when carrying out a health management systems research. (25marks)

Outline the sections that must be included in preparing a research report. Describe the key issues a researcher should consider when writing the research report. (25marks)
