Question One

Discuss the various sources of African ethics and morality. (20marks)

Question Two
React to the notion that "African ethics is communitarian" as opposed to Western ethics which is perceived to be "individualistic". (20marks)

Question Three
Discuss any FIVE moral teachings found in the African traditional society which explicitly discourage the vice of corruption prevalent in the modern society. (20marks)

Question Four
In light of the violent conflicts rocking the African continent (for example in the Tana Delta region) how would you refute the notion that sanctity of life is not highly regarded in African morality. (20marks)

Question Five
Critically examine the contribution of the philosophy of ubuntu, (Utu wema, ujirani mwema) in forstering. (20marks)
