c) List and explain FOUR differences between criminal wrongs and civil wrongs. (8marks)

a) Using appropriate examples identify and explain FIVE types of offer noting to explain how they are terminated. (10marks)
b) Hire-purchase transactions have heavily declined in the last two decades. Identify and explain at least FIVE reasons that have caused this decline. (10marks)

Now that you have successfully completed your course work in the business

law one, your brother has requested you to help him write a proper partnership

deed to enable him enter into a business partnership relationship with your

cousin. Draw the partnership deed noting to identify and explain the various

elements that need to be captured in a well written partnership deed.
