a) Mr. Sungura has the intention to establish a manufacturing firm and he is concerned about unethical behaviour. Propose to him how unethical behaviour in an organization can be reduced to very low levels. (10marks)
b) Define corporate culture and discuss any THREE cases where corporate cultures worked to the disadvantage of the minority groups. (10marks)
c) Discuss the five propositions of social responsibility that guide that conduct of business as well as of other institutions. (10marks)

b) By use of examples, explain the stage of universal ethical principles of Kolberg`s model.(10marks)

a) Who is a whistle blower? Outline two cases of whistle blowing in Kenya and how far the issues went and the outcomes. (10marks)
b) Why are many companies concerned about corporate social responsibility today? (10marks)

a) Peter was informed by the C.E.O that one of the employees will be laid off soon but that was only meant for his ears. Immediately after that the employee to be laid off came to Peter excited and shared his plans of buying expensive furniture he had seen in the market. What should Peter do? (10marks)

Question 5
a) Several buildings in Nairobi collapsed in the process of construction, this was attributed to the quality of materials. Do you think the suppliers were aware and if so what theory attributed to their action. Justify your answer. (10marks)
b) A businessman transacted a business deal and earned two million which he deposited into his account. He later went into the bank to withdraw the money but was asked to declare the source of the money and present details of the financial transactions. Discuss your point of view on this. (10marks)
