Question One:
a. Maria is a sales manager of office solutions Company Ltd. At the end of the year she is asked
to give a report on performance of their products during the year, and she reads. “During the first
quarter we sold 11,000 units of product A, 7,000 units of product B and 5,000 units of product c.
In the second quarter, the sales reduced but we managed to sell 5,000 units of products A, 3,000
units of product B and 2,000 units of product C. However great improvements were realized in
the last quarter where we sold 12,000 units of product A, 7,000 of product B and 4,000 of
product C.
Our largest sales come from product. A while C gives us the least sales………”

customer complaint. ( 4Mks)
(e) You are the head of a newly opened branch of your company at the Nairobi, Central
biasness’ District. Write a letter to your prospective customers introducing your company
products. ( 6 Mks)
