According to BF Skinner, behavior is maintained and sustained through positive and negative reinforcement. Discuss and give examples.

What behavioral techniques would you be most inclined to use in your general therapeutic practice?

Question Four

Cognitive therapy emphasise cognitive change for therapeutic breakthrough. Discuss this statement in the light of Aaron Beck’s view of cognitive therapy.
