c) Briefly discuss God’s mission and the manner and method by which this mission

d) Discuss briefly the most difficult challenge in developing a biographical
history of the Christian missionary movement. (5 Marks)
e) Explain why a strong emphasis on family life is fully warranted in a historical
account of Christian missions. (5 Marks)

2. Discuss briefly at least six factors which favored the spread of Christianity in
Africa. (15 Marks)

3. Discuss briefly what pioneer Missionaries in Africa did wrong and Right. State
the Missiological implications for each wrong or Right discussed. (15 Marks)

4. a) Discuss any six difficulties facing world wide Christian missionary movement
today. (6 Marks)
b) Regardless of the difficulties facing Christian missionary movement, discuss at
least five encouraging signs and four unprecedented opportunities.(9 Marks)

5. Discuss at least six emerging trends in Christian missions today. (15 Marks)

6. Discuss the extent to which Christianity has affected the culture of Africa since
its inception. (15 Marks)
7. Islam remains Christianity’s greatest rival in Africa. Discuss at least 5 reasons
which make Islam to have a strong appeal in Africa. (15 Marks)
