7. (a) Briefly discuss gender mainstreaming and the challenges hampering the
realization of its goals. [6 Marks]
(b) Explain three areas of concern that would help promote equality of workers in a
working environment. [6 Marks]
(c) Briefly discuss four measures that can be put in place to address strategic interests
in environmental projects. [8 Marks]
