a) Briefly discuss the factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of information systems. (6 marks)
b) Discuss the features of deterministic and probalistic systems. Give a practical example of each type of system. (5 marks)
c) Distinguish between data and information. (2 marks)
d) Explain four qualities of a good information (4 marks)
e) Give four positive and four negative effects of information systems. (8 marks)
f) Outline five benefits of computer networks in an organization. (5 marks)
