a) Differentiate between the following terms:

b) What is a firmware? (2 marks)
c) What is a web browser? Give two examples (3 marks)
d) What is SPAM? (1 mark)
e) What is VOIP and what is its main advantage? (2 marks)
f) Differentiate between multiprogramming and multiprocessing (2 marks)
