Q1. (a) Critically evaluate the rationale for change in education. [4 marks]
(b) Using suitable examples discuss the importance of effective communication
in educational change. [4 marks]
(c) Resistance to change is a major challenge in effecting change in educational
organizations. Identify and discuss causes of resistance to change in education.

(d) Using suitable illustrations describe how Force Field Analysis could be used
to enhance effective change in a school. [6 marks]

school of your choice. [8 marks]
(b) Discuss the rationale of Research, Development and Diffusion (RDD) and show
how you could apply (RDD) model to effect change in education. Use relevant examples to illustrate your arguments. [12 marks]

introducing planned change in educational organizations. [8 marks]

strategy and evaluate indicators of organizational health. [12 marks]
