(b) Describe the cyclization of a named Ketose sugar to produce a furanose using a diagram.

(c) Define the term mutarotation as used in carbohydrate structuring. [1 Mark]

(a) Name any four enzymes involved in starch remobilization and state their functionary mechanisms. [2 Marks]
