1. Compare and contrast the Old Testament sacrificial and priesthood system from the New

4. Describe the sins that characterized the apostate state of Israel during the time of judges

5. (a) Explain with tangible evidence how you can use the book of psalms to guide and
inspire Christian musicians who would like to compose sacred songs. (8 Marks)
(b) Discuss how you would respond to a Biblical critic who dismisses the book of Song
of songs as a mere “valentine masterpiece” that is wrongly placed in the Bible. (7 Marks)
6. State the four covenant references in the book of Deutronomy and explain how the book is
considered to be a book of spiritual renewal. (15 Marks)
7. (a) Describe the sins according to Jeremiah’s prophesy which warranted the southern
kingdom of Israel to go into the Babylonian exile. (10 Marks)
(b) State five moral evils that prophet Jeremiah would address if he was prophesying in
Kenya today. (5 Marks)
