organization. (5 marks)
b) What do you understand by organizational theory? Briefly explain why the knowledge of
organizational theory is important to practicing managers. ( 5 marks)
c) Discuss briefly altitude as a major determination of employee behavior. (5 marks)
d) Explain the two conflicting theories of Douglas MC Gregory and show their implications
to practicing managers. (8 marks)
e) Differentiate authority from power. (2 marks)
f) Stereotyping and projection are erros in understanding employees behavior. Explain each
of these terms and show why the knowledge of each of these, is important to managers in
