3. Contrary to the views of many, Jesus Christ is the central figure in the redemption story.

a. Discuss this citing some prophecies about him in the Old Testament, his types in the
Old Testament, and how in his sacrifice fulfills the Old Testament sacrificial system.

4. Jesus is the definitive person through which God’s redemptive work came to be
accomplished. Discuss his uniqueness as the ultimate channel of salvation by citing the
significance of his virgin birth, the significance of his baptism, the significance of the cross
and the significance of his resurrection. (20mks)

5. The book of Acts forms a vital link in the redemption story.
