university in a regional conference which will be held at the University of Witwatersrand,
South Africa. You are expected to present a short paper entitled, “the role of Law in
fostering socio-economic development and National cohesion in Developing Nations.
The case of Kenya.”
What are the strategies you would employ in preparing your paper? Suggest highlighting
the issues you learned in Legal Methods, Research and writing on the qualities of a good
writer. (20 marks)

application in Kenya today. (20 marks)
