Ronald, a male employee at Bamba Co. Ltd. Left his job without giving any notice to his employer. He had been employed for fifty one weeks. He has confided to you that the reason he left was because of persistent and sometimes dangerous jokes against him by a number of employees. Despite addressing his grievances to the Human Resource Manager at Bamba Co. Ltd, the problem had persisted for a further six months without any direct action by the Human Resource Manager. The HRM threatens to sue Ronald for breach of contract and Ronald seeks your advice as to whether he has a claim against the company or whether he is liable for breach of contract.
