i) Use the Nearest Neighbour technique to determine the spatial distribution of schools
in the area bounded by grid reference 300550, 500550, 300400 and 500400. (12Mrks)
ii) Using evidence from the map, explain the factors responsible for the pattern of
distribution of schools in the area. (6Mrks)
iii) Examine the merits and demerits of the nearest neighbour technique (8Mrks)

2. Using KABIYET sheet and tracing paper provided;

(a) Redrawn the section of River Nureti between grid reference 922458 and 493435 to the
Scale 1:100,000 (10Mrks)

(b) On the redrawn map, indicate the position of borderland village as well as the bridges
