c) Differentiate and discuss the contribution of the following theories of learning:

ii. Operant conditioning (6 marks)

d) Discuss Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and explain its relevance to education.

e) Explain using examples two ways in which psychology has contributed to improving our
every day lives. (2 marks)
f) Define the term intelligence and explain why psychologist found it difficult to define the
