JUMA TALA LTD
Dennis, who is employed by Juma Tala Limited, was recently elected as the chairman of the propose Juma Tala workers union. Dennis and members of the said proposed union have decided to form the union because the management of Juma Tala Limited have on various occasions refused to consult them on major critical issues of interest to them. Consequently, they have petitioned by way of an application, the Registrar of Trade Unions to effect the Registration of their proposed union and accordingly issue them with a Certificate of Registration. The Registrar has however refused to effect the registration as petitioned.
Meanwhile, Peter who works as a driver with the company was dismissed by the company alleging that Peter always come to work while drunk, an allegation which has been refused by Peter. Peter is now considering taking legal action against the company.
