a) Assume you are a restaurant owner where the restaurant is perceived as a place to go for a good time, prices are low and the atmosphere is informal, while quality however is perceived as being average. In what ways could you change the perception towards the restaurant so as to attract the upper class clientele? (10 Marks)
b) Explain any FIVE challenges an entrepreneur is likely to face while coming up with a business plan (5 Marks)
c) You have been asked to advice a group of young entrepreneurs on how to start a small business. Describe in details the content of your discussions (15 Marks)

Entrepreneurship education can be a powerful tool for empowerment and with this realization in mind; NGOs, Governments and the Private sector have begun to collaborate to tackle the multiple problems of unemployment, of at risk youth, women and traditionally marginalized sections of society. With examples where applicable, discuss how best this could be achieved (20 Marks)
