Inclusive education is about increasing the ‘participation’ of all learners in the education systems. What are the main characteristics of inclusive education? (15marks)

The United Nations convention on the Rights of Children (1989) and Kenya`s Children`s Act (200) strongly advocate for the rights of all children. Describe the strategies that would promote the rights of all children in Kenya. (15marks)
