Haraka Bila Baraka Ltd is a medium sized firm experiencing problems in the management of its Human Resources. Employees of this company work without any specific job description. This has made them not to understand the scope of their jobs. Employees join and leave the organization after a short stay. Grievances within the organization are also on the rise. A survey done, has attributed this to lack of a Human Resource department in the organization. As a Human Resources Management specialist, advise the Management by answering the following questions.

However, its currently experiencing difficulties and is intending to introduce the time wage rate method. As a Human Resource Manager, advise the management on the limitations of this method.
