Digtech, a software development company that supplied products and services to wireless carriers has been successful over the last decade of its operations. In the last six months however, it was experienced too many release failures resulting in too many roll-back issues. The problem is costing the organization in terms of resources, missed customer deadlines, lost revenue and damage to quality reputation. The chief executive officer was asked you to conduct a research with a view of resolving the organizations problems. Required:
