As he listened to the research presentations, the academic registrar of Tumainicollege was unable to hide his disappointment. Not only was the level of the presented work very low putting into consideration the topographic errors and the wrong use of tenses but there were clear indications that some of the presenters had a vague idea of the research topic. There were also indications that intensive reading and critique of existing studies related to the topic had hardly been carried out.
