(c) (i) Explain briefly any four issues from the internal environment that a Manager has to deal with. (8 marks)

(ii) Aguthi Women Group want to start a soap making factory. Advice the members on any three factors from economic environment they need to consider before making a decision. (6 marks)

(d) State and explain Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory (5 marks)
