(b) Highlight the main general factors that are considered in determining the pay level.

(c) Employees need a feeling of enthusiasm and confidence in people and groups that they will be able to cope with tasks assigned to them. From your own opinion what can you cite as factors affecting employee morale? (5 marks)
(d) For collective bargaining to e successful there are some requirements that ought to be fulfilled. Point out 6 such requirements. (6 marks)
(e) Employee discipline is a training that corrects moods and strengthens individual behavior. What are the principles of maintaining the employee discipline in the organization? (5 marks)

(b) Discuss the 5 objectives of workers involvement in decision making citing some of the benefits that an organization is likely to reap from the same (10 marks)
