a) In your own words, what do you understand by the term “Counseling”? (4marks)
b) Patrick, a standard three boy, has been showing some behavioral problems such as fighting with other children in his class. You also notice that he is unkempt and is not keen on his homework. On further exploration, you discover that his problem could be coming from home because the parents have recently separated and he now living with his dad.
i) Apart from art therapy, discuss two other skills you would use to help deal with the problems that he is encountering (4marks) ii) How would you use art therapy to help him to deal with his feelings about this issue? (12marks)

Senescence is a difficult time for most adults and counseling help can assist such individuals to be more productive. Discuss four developmental challenges encountered by individuals in senescence and how you, as a counselor, can assist them to become better functioning cognitively, physically, socially, and religiously (20marks)
