Beauty is a 19 year old student in a local university. She is pre-occupied with the idea that she is extremely beautiful and special. She often fantasizes with ideals of beauty, proven and wealth. She has been in a relationship with a young man in the same college, but she imagines there is another ideal kind of love. As a result, the relationship has been very unfulfilling. She is also in constant depression and has been taking alcohol excessively. Using the DSM IV criteria, write done a multi-axial report on Beauty’s psychological health. (20mks)
