WORK/LIFE BALANCE

The need for work/life balance is more prominent as ever as many generation X and Y employees focus on the need for a more balanced lifestyle (they value leisure time). Work/life balance international 2011 in their 2010 survey recognized that this issue clearly impacted negatively upon employees, revealing that full-time employees were finding work/life balance increasingly difficult to achieve.
