Q1. Various writers such as Aristotle,Mill,Bentham,Rawls,Nozak,Marx and Kelsen have advocated individual theories of justice.Explain,evaluate and analyze FOUR of these
theories.Which theory do you prefer?Explain why. (30 marks)

Q2. The FOUR approaches to statutory interpretation are so inconsistent with each other that a different result could be reached in the same case if the judges simply
followed a different approach.Discuss using appropriate cases. (20 marks)

Q3. Write short notes on the following:

b) Control of delegated legislation (6 marks)
c) Role of equity (7 marks)
