b) You are creating a presentation about computer software using PowerPoint to a panel

Sketch and write the contents in the sketched slides you will need for this presentation.

You are required to create a simple database using access that will consist of two tables.
The database will be used to store information about meal and customer details. This
database will be used in a small restaurant that you own.
i) Define a database.

ii) Apart from access, state any three other database management programs.
[3 Marks]
iii) Describe any four reasons for you to create the database.
[4 Marks]
iv) Assuming that the database will only keep details about meals and customers, identify
any three fields for each table ( for meals and customers). [6 Marks]
v) State any suitable field that you will use to link the two tables. [1 Mark]
vi) For each table state one field that will be used to identify the records uniquely.

vii) Draw the sketch of the database you will create.
