Discuss clearly the sources of Kenyan law. (8 Marks) (b) Laws are usually made to regulate the mutual relations and conduct of its members, and are thus enforced to ensure that members of society may live and work together in an orderly and peaceful manner – giving relevant examples, discuss the various purposes and importance of business law in Kenya.
