(c) The following information was collected from village X during a public health survey:
Total average population = 50,000
Total number of live births = 5,000
Total number of deaths = 600
Total number of death before age of 28 days = 60
Total number of infant death = 200
Number of women who died from pregnancy related causes = 150
All cases of tuberculosis = 300
Death from tuberculosis = 100
Using the above information calculate:
(i) Prevalence rate of tuberculosis (1 Mark)
