QUESTION THREE
Chebet, a Rhesus negative student became pregnant. She did not want her lecturers to know of her
pregnancy therefore, she quietly did an abortion. Ten years later, Chebet got married to Kipchumba.
Chebet and Kipchumba wanted to have a child, but this bore no fruit since Chebet’s pregnancies
resulted in still births. Discuss (20 marks)

immunodeficiency virus as an example (10 marks)
b) Outline existing differences between first line defence mechanism (innate) and second line
