SECTION A

1. Explain the key areas for rehabilitation assessment and discuss the methods used in the assessment of rehabilitation program

2. Discuss the role of medication and social skills and how they can be useful in the rehabilitation of mentally ill person.

3. Explain five structures of rehabilitation teams and discuss the role of team members in a rehabilitation program

4. Discuss the major functions of a community based residential rehabilitation service and explain the role of hospital as a rehabilitation resource.

SECTION B

5. Describe how drugs are transported in the blood and distinguish between acute and chronic toxicity of cocaine.

6. Discuss the psychological reactions, tolerance and effects of cannabinoids.

7. Discuss the undesirable effects of alcohol on individual and explain alcohol dependency syndrome and alcohol withdrawal syndrome.

8. Discuss the acute effects of smoking tobacco and discuss the complications that women who smoke tobacco may be faced with.
