Mr. and Mrs. Gabala have been married for five years. However, recently, they
had been having problems and were thinking of separation and probably divorce.
They however decided to visit a family therapist to see whether they could save
their marriage. Their family therapist noticed that their communication and
interaction was characterized by a lot of cognitive distortions, which was causing
a lot of misunderstandings among them.
