1. Explain the merits and demerits of book promotion.
2. Describe any five book distribution channels.
3. Discuss different subsidiary rights a publisher can use to sell a title.
4. As Marketing Executive at ABX Publishers Ltd, you have been called upon by the School of Information Sciences Moi University to give a Public Lecture to students taking Booktrade on how they can penetrate the book market. Discuss the main issues you will cover in your lecture.
5. Discuss historical developments and trends in modern booktrade and give a critical analysis on the future of the conventional booktrade.
6. Discuss the following and how they affect the booktrade in Kenya;
