B. Explain why the study of cognitive psychology is central to effective interaction design(3 marks)

C. Explain the below interaction design goals (6 marks)

C. Differentiate between reflective and experiential types of cognition.

A. You have been hired by an Electricity Company to design a website to allow users apply for connectivity on line. Explain any four interface design goals that you would focus on when developing the site (12 marks)

B. Explain any two user centered approaches to design you would employ during contextual inquiry (4 marks)

C. Explain any two interaction styles you would employ when designing the site. Justify your choice of interaction style. (4 marks)

A. Explain the role of metaphors in conceptual design. Give two advantages and two problems of metaphors (6 marks)

B. For the below scenario, choose a suitable combination of input and output devices to best support the intended interaction. It may help to identify typical users or classes of user, and identify how the devices chosen support these people in their tasks. Explain the major problems that the input and output devices solve. (12 marks)
