1. Angered by the dismissal of its three star General from a United Nations peacekeeping mission in South Sudan, Kenya has now told off UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon, triggering a diplomatic row (Daily Nation Nov 11, 2016).
(a) Basing yourself from the Kenya's Foreign Policy was the Kenyan move justified or not? (15 marks)
(b) Citing relevant examples demonstrate the success and failures of the UN peace keeping forces that have been sent in different parts of the world (10 marks)

2. The recent triumph of Mr. Donald Trump as President Elect of the USA earned a front page coverage title in the Daily Nation of Nov 10, 2016 "America does the unthinkable!" Use three theories that you may have used as his International Relations and Diplomacy strategist to defend his foreign policy. (15 marks)

3. We can no more talk about "state autonomy" or "delinking" these days without understanding the dynamics of globalization. Critically analyze this statement with relevant examples. (15 marks)

4. How has the International Labour Organisation (ILO) tried to achieve its objective of reducing or eliminating injustices perpetrated against the workers? (15 marks)

5. Kenya and Tanzania have been experiencing some challenges in their relationship in recent times. Describe how you would go about fostering warm relations with our neighbours during diplomatic bilateral negotiations. (15 marks)
